Market Soundings give project proponents an opportunity to present an important infrastructure project or pipeline of projects to a private sector audience before going to market. Private sector delegates get an early look at project proposals, while government officials build awareness and receive valuable feedback to ensure their project is primed for success. Each session will last 60 minutes.
Market Soundings include presentations from:
Cory Grandy, Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure, Newfoundland and Labrador Transportation & Works
Mary-Frances Turner, President, York Region Rapid Transit Corporation
Yousef Salama, Innovation Manager for Public-Private Partnerships, Los Angeles Metro
Niilo Edwards, Executive Director, First Nations Major Projects Coalition
Alberto Ñecco Tello, Executive Director, ProInversión (Private Infrastructure Promotion Agency of Peru)
José Luis Morea, Head of PPP Unit, Ministry of Finance, Argentina and Tomás Darmandrail, National Director of Executive Coordination for PPP, Ministry of Finance, Argentina
Denise Arana, General Manager of Public-Private Partnerships & Privatisation Division, Development Bank of Jamaica Ltd.
Space will be limited to 40 delegates at each 60-minute Market Sounding session. The sessions are free of charge; however conference delegates will need to register in advance.
